  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalised orders may require additional processing time. Please refer to the product description for specific timelines.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (domestic), 10–20 business days (international)
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (domestic), 5–10 business days (international)

Shipping timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch rather than the date of order. While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment through our website or the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Ferrago is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure all shipping details are accurate. Ferrago is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at info@ferrago.in. We will coordinate with the shipping partner to assist where possible.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
