At Ferrago, we understand that buying home décor online—especially handcrafted glass—requires trust. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help. Every Ferrago product is eligible for return (except sale items), provided the conditions below are met.
How to Request a Return
- Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at info@ferrago.in
- Share your order number, clear product images, and a continuous unboxing video
Return Approval
- All return requests are reviewed by our team
- Once approved, we will confirm the return process and shipping method
Return Packaging Guidelines
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, cushioning, tags, and accessories must be included
- Items must be securely packed to avoid transit damage
- Products damaged during return transit due to improper packaging are not eligible for a refund
Return Shipping
- Return shipping may be arranged by Ferrago or by the customer
- The applicable process will be shared at the time of approval
Refunds & Deductions
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and platform/payment gateway fees will be deducted
- Refund processing time: 7–10 business days
Handcrafted & Natural Variations
- Air bubbles, minor asymmetry, and finish variations are natural to handcrafted glass
- These characteristics are not considered defects
- Returns are accepted only if the product is returned safely and in original condition
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices
- Products that show signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
Final Review
All return and refund requests are subject to internal verification and inspection.
Ferrago reserves the right to approve or decline any request based on policy compliance
and the condition of the returned product.
